PF not received after resigning from last 10months

I already give resignation from Birla Sun Life Insurance Co Ltd in August and submitting all the documents related to resignation and PF withdrawal form also.

But till now, after 10 months of resignation i did not receive my PF from the company, i am trying to call their HR toll free but all the time they told your query is in process.

I am really fade up. My PF account NO: MH/211039/27668.

So kindly help me in that case
