I have purchased a policy from BSLI (Bachat Money back plan policy no. 005486986) dated 29th March.

I have agreed for annual payment frequency and amount of Rs 30000 per year.

The policy documents were sent through Blue Dart courier. However the courier was not delivered to me and it was handed over to some security guard Called Mr Rajgopal. The guard did not hand over the documents to me and I got the original policy documents on 5th May.

When I read the policy documents, I found the discrepancy in the premium amount and frequency. I immediately registered a complaint through mail for changing the payment frequency and amount as per agreement while purchasing the policy. (

My complaint was rejected saying that the free look period is over and hence nothing can be done.

After getting this letter I did frequent communication to consider free look period from the date of actual delivery as it was BSLI’s responsibility to ensure the delivery of policy documents to the policy owner and It is not my fault. But I could not get any reply since 19th July

After frequent follow up, I got a reply from BSLI on 19th July giving the same reason and did not take any actions to resolve my complaint. (

I would like to express my serious concerns for the customer service I am getting from BSLI and request you to look in to the matter at the earliest.
