Sir, I am having HDFC Credit card and as usual they are charging exhorbitant interest charges, penal charges and all sort of expenses etc., . When I am asking the representative for closure of card they are not willing to, rather they are misguiding me not to close the card, as it will be reflecting in CIBIL and ur credit rating etc.,
This shows that they don't want to close but sqeeze the consumer and on top of that they are talking all sorts of non-sense when they are trying to contact.
Secondly, they refuse to divulge any information with regard to their customer, but for recovering the amount they call to my wife, children, friends etc., for non payment. How can they do so.
