Wrong Information by Insurance Agent

Hello,

This is with regards to Policy No 003566815.

I have taken this Unit Link Plan Policy from Birla Sunlife Ltd. through Agent named Neeraj Sanghi (Jump Start Insurance Mobile No : 9990181233). As per policy I have to pay yearly premium of Rs. 97200/-.

Neeraj Sanghi has committed that approx Rs. 3000/- will be deducted yearly towards all kind of charges which includes Admin Charges, Mortality Charges etc. and remaining will be invested towards Unit.

When I saw policy document which is showing different charges deducted and not as per infromation given me by Agent. Approx Rs. 40000/- deducted out of Rs. 97200/- from first year premium, which has a huge gap as per committment. We have gone for the policy by putting trust on company's Market value which is a clearly cheating with customers. It means they are providing wrong information and false commitment to take customers. I have been writing mails to Birla Sunlife but they are mentioning that there is a free look period of 15 days. You can cancel your policy during that perion only.

When we take any Insurance policy, first discussion happens with Agent and policy document comes later on.

I want the refund of premium paid Rs. 97200/- and want to cancel my policy with immediate effect

I need your help to resolve this issue.
