This is to inform you that i had purchased a blackberry torch in the month of november.
Two months after purchase i had started facing problems in the handset.
It used to keep hanging, so i gave it for repair at the Redington Centre that was in Okhla earlier. They gave me a new handset after a week. A month and a half later i have started facing the same problem.
The touchscreen is not working properly. Numbers get dialled automatically. I am not able to disconnect the cal even after the pressing the key. Till date i m facing this problem . everytime they repair it, and give a new handset and a month later the same problem starts. There is no point even giving it for repair.
I am tired dealing with this handset. I had purchased it for 36000 when it was launched.
Request you to either give me a new handset or else please return my money as i m not willing to face this problem anymore.
