When called up the Blue dart customer care, they as saying that the delivery boy went to my premises & the premises was locked which is not true as the delivery boy never visited my place. Customer care don;t have complete details about packet and also don't have proper knowledge They are providing very poor service.
. Please help me out in this regard...
