AMOUNT DEBITED BY MY ACCOUNT BUT I DID NOT RECIEVE IT

Respected Sir,

My PNB account no.3714010400121569, I have tried to withdraw an amount of Rs. 3000/-from an ATM Machine (HDFC) located at Railway Road, Rishikesh, Uttarakhand on 04.10.2011 with my PNB ATM card but I could not received any amount. I have registered a complaint in PNB at toll free number 18001802222, the representative gave me complaint number-56317152 and he told me that debited amount will be refunded back in my Bank A/c within seven working days, but after 7 working days till date I cannot get my Rs. 3000 back and when I made a call to PNB representative for getting money he said that please do wait and wait and only wait for indefinite time.

Kindly refund the money in my bank account and oblige.
