BlueDart Courier from Citibank
Drunken Delivery Boys and Opened Citibank Courier Delivery by BlueDart

Citibank Courier consisting of Debit Card Courier via Blue Dart was delivered to me in Open Condition. The Delivery boy was also in drunken position and forced me to take it in that condition and behaved rudely and used filthy language.

I had to accept it due to embarrassment in front of family members and relatives.

Is this the way BLUE DART operates??? Will be there any action on the delivery boy??? and Can I return the courier??? I dont want to accept it as it has come to in open condition and my card details have already been revealed to him...???
