I would like to bring to your notice that I have been maintaining trading account in your siliguri branch vide client id no 16400099 in BMA WEALTH CREATOR LTD .It has been observed that several unauthorise trade has been executed in my account without my consent and result to that my whole invested money has gone

I would request you to look into this matter to avoid further leaglities.
