I retired from indian navy in 31 jul and i was having PLI from post office in cochin at rate Rs. 158.00 per month which was deducted from my salary when i was in service but after retirement i apparched post office for preimum sbmission they told that u have to write a letter for pass book. i wrote letter in aug with my last salary withdraw and also contacted at toll number . but till now i did not received my pass book and policy is lapse due to their fault of sending me pass book. when i contacted their despatch they told that pass book has been sent to your add. till now i did not.
please help me come out it
