Subject: Complaint against Domestic Water Connection Bill

Dear Sir,

I am putting up at B-1, J.J. colony; Anandvas, Shakur Pur, Delhi and here I am complaining against the unnecessary problem created by Delhi Jal Board. I just want to let you know that we have a residential/domestic water connection on the above mentioned address but I don’t know when and how DJB have converted it to as a Commercial without informing us and has been charging according to commercial water supply since 2010 till 2011 which is problematic for us because we are not using water under any commercial activity. We are only using DJB water on 2nd floor which is residential and we have NO IDEA why DJB has sent a commercially charged bill instead of sending residential or domestic bill.

So you are kindly requested to send your Area Inspector to investigate into this matter and clear us that where we are using DJB water as in commercial activity. Please do this as soon as possible because we are already financially disturbed and want to solve this issue ASAP from your support.
