Delay in payment of marured value of LIC policy no540455006

Dear sir

Refer our letter dt 13 Aug addressed to Branch Manager, LIC of india (Br code no-557) Dhanbad Br, Office No 11, BP AGRAWAL BULDING, DHANBAD.

I have submitted the discharge voucher against matured LIC policy no 540455006 to pay the matured value along with interest for delayed payment from 29 apr (maturity date).

In spite of regular reminder the matured value has not been paid. Request issue cheque for matured amt at the earliest.
