Following is the copy of email sent to the head of SBI Card-Customer Service :
I am one of the highly dissatisfied customer out of many, I am holding a credit card to which in the month of July there was an outstanding of 18567, one fine day I recd a call from one of your collxn agency regarding some payment of minimum outstanding, after the discussion with the collection lady, I agreed to pay 15000 on the condition that I will get the waiver on remaining outstanding bearing 500 as an outstanding, she said let me discuss the same with my boss & we will let you know, she calls me up after some hours and tells me that we have agreed on the same and you make the payment of 15000, rest will be adjusted as a waiver, according to that I made the payment of 15000 .
Lately I happened to check my statement and came across that waiver was not affected on my statement and the outstanding is still 4063. If I could make a payment of 15000, I could have made the payment of 18000 also if this would have communicated to me earlier, I would not pay this outstanding amount you guys can go ahead and cancel my card. I even spoke to one of you rep who called me up regarding the payment of minimum due, I even narrated him the whole story & he told me he will get back to me after checking the same, but till date nothing has happened.
I would also request you to stop calling me to make this payment of 4063, bcoz I will not make the same, if this continues this will be harassment to me & I have to take up this matter.
I have already written my complaint in the complaints board.
