TOO BIG BANK & TOOOOOOOOO WORST WORST BILLING & RESPONSE

Worst service from SBI, I am holding lot of other credit cards with SBI. I was gettings calls from SBI executives and asking free balance transfer for 6 months. One day I said transfer to my other credit card amount is 36000/-, they send the check immediatly. Before 6 months I got the chance to go abroad, and droped the Check in SBI credit card collection Box. After 6 months I got the mail from SBI, your debits are around 44000/- you have to pay, since that time I didn't check my savings account, I thought its debited from my account. I sent the reply I droped the check, didn't check my account since long time, I have to call and find my account. In my account doesont have any debited, then I said Its not my mistrake, I droped the check u guys mistrake, its happened same situation earlier also and cleared the things, but now I will pay original ammount give me the confirmation mail, they are talking very roodly, then I said, when ever I will receive the mail for conrimation then only I will pay. After that I haven't receive the mail, I called so many times, its very hectic to connect SBI customer care and some times their executives says, they dont have control.

Since 2 months i am waiting for their mail...

its toooooooooooo worst service from SBI...
