Unwanted service

I am receviing msg from 558884015 in every 15 days, saying that "Thanks for using our love message. Your service has been renewed. Rs.15 charged"This happening continuesly from last 6 month and without my acknowlegement and permission. I am getting much fustrate please help me to unsubcribe all these worst things
