Loss my balance in mobile

Dear sir,

it's painful and insecure to recharge my mobile when automatically unwanted service activates on my mobile phone. Last 11/05 I just read a massage and its after "talk to me" service activated own-self and 12rs have deducted again on 12/05 I just receive a massage that "t20-20"service activated and five rs again deducted. I call "198" ask who activates it than he answered that its by internet activated now service is stop but my loss is not payable by them.

Sir they doesn't informed me quickly when a service is activated on my mobile service, and my call history have already shows that I doesn't send any proper call or messages to accept the service than why should I pay.By this kind of harassment I can't maintain my balance to talk any other my contacts in emergency.

Sir please take some action and make a teach to them that nobody could face this type of problem.
