Eceiving unauthorised message from bsnl cellone galaxy and my balance deducted by rs 5 each day

Each day i receive a push message as

"FHM video of the day- jan 10 wap.galaxy.mauj.com/sf/sub3/psrv.php? subid=1454&spl=10756"

and in the evening my balance is getting deducted by rs 5...

then i receive a thanks message from 70090005 mentioning as

"thanks u for subscribing for 00:15:19 from cellone galaxy @ 01.10.10 00:15:19
