Refund of balance unauthorised deducted from my a/c

Dear Sir,

I am customer of BSNL prepaid service bearing no-9438519326.I have not understand how my account balance has been deducted. While I got the message from BSNL (54000030) that, "Thanks for using chat messenger. Your service has been renewed for next 30days. Rs.30/ charged." I was shocked & surprised. I have never subscribed for such offer. They people are looting our balance from my account each & every month after charging of my account through unusual deductible messages/calls.

Therefore I request you kindly take strong action against them for such act & instruct them to submit their account balance statement of mine from 01.01.2010 to till date by which i will check the balance deducted from my a/c by BSNL by using such type of act.
