Deactivate services

I have a BSNL prepaid connection with number 09467629214.Since last 4 month one service has been activated on my mobile automatically.and for every month Rs 30 is deducted from my account. I have tr ied to complain the BSNL customer care. But nobody pick up the number. Please do something to deactivate this service else I will change my connection.
