My prepaid mobile has not been recharged from 14/2. It is shown after pressing 16 digit RCV NO. " Result unknown" till date. No any information received from bsnl against my no. inspite of that i was produced my photo/id proof to the concerned bsnl office hailakandi, but till now the problem is not solved.i urge the concerned bsnl to take necessary steps to log out the same immediately otherwise i will arrange another cell of other co. or if any information have may pz send to my e-maid id [email protected]
