Respected Sir,

Sub: Worst Service providing in the R.C.PURAM, Branch, (Ramchandra reddy nagar).

I, Ramesh Goud, Resident of R.C.PURAM, Medak dist. I have been maintaining SBI account from so many years Generally People believe Govt Banks Are safes and 75 to 90% people saves their hard earn money the Nationalized Banks, in the Private Banks they charge more money even for account opening and many people prefer in Andhra Pradesh S.B.I only.

And, in the STATE BANK OF INDIA some branches, the authorities are not taking care to the Customers properly they just neglecting them, I think they are thinking that their salary is getting from State Bank of India, That’s not correct each and every staff in the SBI, their salary is getting from the people those who have deposited their money in the banks BANK people will generate the interest from outside.

And In my Account I am depositing So much money and regularly I visit to the bank to deposit or Withdraw the money whenever I came there they just looking like beggars, Staff Wont care to the Customers at ALL, this is not for first Time always the staff like this, Always they neglects to the Customers why….? I don’t understand when depositing they are reckless and careless

Even the Branch manager did not taking care about this matter so many people are coming if they are getting any trouble the branch manager should have to take care but he always sits in his AC room for every 1 hours he should have to come outside and look towards customers they are in convenience or not, in their transactions they are satisfying or not

Generally The Branch Manager is not only to see the accounts in the bank, He is the complete responsible person for the Bank, When he serve to the public then only he is Right Manager

Finally I demand to the Chief General Manager to take necessary departmental action immediately on the Staff of Those who are neglecting to the customers, and careless to the customers

IF MY COMPLAINT NOT SOLVED WITHIN 5 WORKING DAYS I AM GOING TO COMPLAINT IN THE CONSUMER COURT
