I had deactivated my BSNL cellone tunes end nof Aug. I was suprised to get amessage that I ahve been charged Rs. 28/- and I find the tune is changed to whaterver BSNl feels like. Their Website and 56700 nos. are not acessible.
This is pathetic service. When I called the helpdesk 1503 they said it can be done by calling 56700 only, but this is no is not in service or the standard message recvd is Network busy.
I have sent message BT DACT 56700 and I get a return mesage to call 56700 to deactive the caller tunes. At this rate Public will lose interest in Cellone for their poor service
