BSNL deducts illegally amounts of Rs.30/- at intervals. Yesterday the prepaid amount was Rs.159/- today it was reduced to Rs.129/-.Similar deductions have been observed earlier. I wanted to talk to Customer care Executive through dialling 1500. but the system delayed so long that I could not wait till end This situation occurred several times.
