ATM/DEBIT CARD

Dear sir / Madam,

I sufia naz is having saving account no "4786001500013098" in IT, dasauli, Lucknow branch and PNB atm card number is " 5126520076333504". I lost my atm card on 29 jan and at that time i was having 18203/- rupees in my account and i informed the pnb customer care at 11 pm on the same day to block my card and they gave me the complain no "53703328" after lodging the complain.

But inspite of my card being blocked there was transaction from my atm card, at 5-30 am on 30 jan for rs 18200/- how is it possible?

Please do the needful help for me. I will be very much obliged for this act of kindness.
