Cash demand by Builders

Dear Sir / Madam,

I have purchased flat in New CG road, Ahmedabad area, wherein Bulder is demanding for Cash of RS. 200000 /- as per following bifurcation. Parking Charges Rs.50000 /-, Advance Maintenance Rs.50000 /-, AUDA muncipal charges Rs. 100000 /- all in Cash. Please let me know if we can have any solution on this. Possession is in the month of Jan. I shall let u know builder details if i get any positive and satisfactory response from your side.
