I am currently in the process of switching my landlines and broadband from Eircom to Vodafone. I set this up with your sales Rep Niall McGovern last week.

Unfortunately due to a number of unanswered questions, lack of communication from Niall and not receiving the IP adresses requested on numerous occasions, i would like to avail of the 10 day cooling off period and cancel my applications to switch to Vodafone.

I have emailed this and posted this on monday with no reply and left voicemails with Niall McGovern also. I have been advised from eircom that you have already changed over the landlines even though i only received a letter from you on friday 12th saying it will be 10 days for the landlines and a further 21 days for Broadband.
