Unable to access on line account

I am facing the problem on net banking . when log in the account the notification comes saying RESTRICTIONS MADE BY BRANCH, CONTACT UR BRANCH. Now i am unable to contact with branch because my job is in Jammu. So Please sove my problem as early as possible... thanks
