For not receiving money from ATM

Sir,

Most respect fully I Rajat Jena, an account holder of Canara Bank, Ashok Marg, C-Scheme, Ahinsha Circle, Jaipur, Rajasthan., bearing account no. 2139101018867, I withdrew monry of Rs. 8500/- on dt 19.03.09, at 10.45 a.m. from state bank of India situated at Kamakshya Nagar, Dhenkanal, Orissa., ATM ID is S1AN00023501, but I did not get money from ATM and the above mentioned amount is deducted from my account. From that day I continuously gave my complains to Canar Bank, but till now I do not get any proper response form the above bank. I was also telephone to Mr. R.L. Meena, but he always reply me very crurely.

So please support and give me solution.
