Complaint regarding Activation of Net banking account

Well I am one of the customer holding an Saving account at Habibullah Road Branch, facing problem with my "Net banking activation", well it took nearly 1 and half month to receive my net banking credentials, and now I am facing problem with my account activation, I have submitted my acknowledgement form to the bank 10days ago, and they assured me of the activation next day itself, but still now it is not been activated, further I am an working professional and don't have much time to inquire about the activation and all. really behavior to the customer is so bad and lame.
