I had bought a DC 320 Camera from Great Eastern Appliances Pvt Ltd, 2, G.T.Road, (Kheya Ghat), Uttarpara, Hooghly, 712258 on 08/09 by cash downpayment of Rs 7336.00 EMI of Rs 1834.00 in 8 instalments.(Finance Challan UPFCH no-007 dtd 08/09and MR No - UP/CMR000565/08-09 and UP/CMR000547/08-09).
The said loan was cleared in the month of May.
But I have not yet recieved a loan clearance cretificate.
Problem had arisen when I had applied for a personal Loan from UCO bank, Bally.
I was informed that the CIBIL report showed that I still have 2 outstanding loans with Bajaj Auto Finance. This caused problems in getting the personal loan.
Meanwhile I have bought Godrej Refrigerator (GFE25BY) through finance by cash downpayment of Rs 6335 on 10/10. The EMI is Rs 1167 for 7 months.(Finance Challan no- UPFCH no-358 and MR no-UP/CMR/2542/09-10.
Kindly issue me a clearance certificate as per statutory provision laid down by the RBI, Govt of India and do the needful to make necessary rectification in the CIBIL Data.
This is urgent and may kindly be taken care of without any delay.
