CAR LOAN
PROBLEM WITH EXECUTIVES

Hi,

I like to highlight the problem i am facing while getting the CAR Loan which is pre-approved on Netbanking Saving Account from HDFC Bank.

The team which HDFC Bank has for Car Loan is not capable of doing there duties properly, because of their mistake my loan is got delayed & after getting loan approved they are taking so much time to Disburstments the amount & now they are saying there is some systems error in HDFC beacuse of which same can be done tomorrow (said by Reshma-67700493)

I am having SMS of 13th March for the loan approved & in their records it is showing 15th March as update by the support team on 28561818.

This is very bad service given by the HDFC Car Loan Team.
