NOn Clearance of PF

Dear Sir/Maam..

I worked as Dept Manager in French Wholesale Cash & Carry "CARREFOUR" from sept till Jan. I left in Jan and my clearance was done hand to hand the same Day I left with the store Hr. My employee code was W0099. Since then I have contacted The Hr Twice in a week till now but keep on telling HO JAI GA but nothing proceeds furhter. I have approach senior Hr and Store Director of the Company in this matter but nothing helps.

Now its already been 10 months but nothing positive comes back... I am helpless whom to approach and how.. Please help me
