Cash not withdraw but debit from my a/c

Dear Sir,

I m Sanjay Chandrakant Shah. I m a regular customer of Bank of Baroda. My Savings A/c. No.is 03410100004540.I have deposited of

Rs.10000/-chq.on 19.02.2010.which was credited. I tried to withdraw

cash from Axis Bank, Atm, at Sunrise Mall, Vastrapur on 22.02. but

failure notice came...

But i was shocked when i saw my passbook Rs.10000 debit from my

account through Atm on 22.02.2010.

I have attached all supporting docs.with my application...

I have complained on 24.02.2010 at Bank of Baorda, S.P.Colony...

but they said they will take 12 working days...

Kindly request you to refer the matter carefully...& credit Rs.10000

in my account...
