Because of CBILL not getting Car loan

I am applying for Car Loan from SBI and they are saying there is a pending amount registered against my PAN NO AECPT0833N on Cbill in 2006.In 2008 I had taken housing loan from SBI.That time tere was no issue. I dropped a mail to CBILL providing them my contact number and Residense address but not getting any response.
