This is to intimate you that for my Credit card No. 9401270108333001 a letter was forwarded to me from your lein department stating that my Saving account No. 004601000841 has been liened as I was not paying the overdue amount against the above credit card.
I negotiated with your bank person and a letter was issued to me from ICICI credit card department stating that I have to pay back 59, 940.00 in 3 instalment by 15.07.2010 (letter No. 9401270108333001/1005/058324 attached).
I did the same and the lien against my saving account was removed and I could acess my saving account.
But to my surprise I received once again a letter from the lien department (letter no. 058324 dated 14.05.copy enclose) stating that as I am having a overdue of Rs 29000.00 against Credit card No. 9401270108333001 my saving account no. 004601000841 has been debited.
Please look into the matter as the Credit card No. 9401270108333001 has once been settled and therefore there is no point in debiting my saving account no.004601000841 for Rs 18, 354.00.
If such things are to be done at least I should have been intimated before debiting.
Due to non-intimation some cheque which were issued to some other places were dishonoured.
