Fraud and cheaters

I have submitted as per instruction by the job company. I had submitted Rs 3150 for offline data entry 15 days plan on their bank of india account. and then counter foil mail to them. they are not sending anything for 2 days after made 2-3 calls to them, they send image files, we have to convert them into word file within 15 days. we do so within 14 days. after then we everyday made call to them they only told that we just send your payment because of server problems, it was get pending. and last they told that your work has been postponed and terminated, you will not get anything. but we do 99% accuracy and there no other mistakes but they cheaters and fraud.
