Regarding ATM

Dear,

I have A/C in Oriental Bank of Commerce at Railway Road Branch, but when we visit the ATM, it doesent work as i m forced to withdraw money from another bank, where i forced to pay Rs 20 every time... so i request you to take further action to solve this problem as soon as possible...
