Sir my complaint is regarding the cheque no. 631565 amount 15, 000/- deposited at central bank of india, sithafalmandi branch on 14th Aug. The cheque was dishonored by the client and on re-presentation the cheque was cleared on 17th Aug. The amount that had to be transferred to my account was 15, 000/- but the bank has transferred only 10, 000/-. On repeated requests verbally from my side to the bank officials including the manager was not worthy as they are not bothered to look into the matter. We are also facing problems daily as the service is worst. I request the higher officials to look into the matter as early as possible
