ACTIVATION OF ATM CARD

I vinay Singh is holding of saving account of central bank of India from colaba, Extn counter of Navy Nagar. I have open student saving account in month of Feb. I am holding of ATM Card no 5044373907411878. My ATM card in not activated till to date. I have approced to the bank also. they told me that give us in written complaint.
