Due penssion aria

My mother was a pension A/c 2199330061 in cbi Bhatpar rani, Deoria. she death on 5/1 .

in live period of my mother her pension ariar due as per Railway bord No. F (E) 111/PN1/13 date 15.9.08. later recive to Bank on Dt 6 jul.

But now this time i can not withdrawal her arier. the bank tell me that her AC has been close so that is a very long proses. now the 12 month pass but bank have no time for clear our arier.

so therefore i requst you kidly help me plz.
