Cheque Bounce

Respected Sir / Madam,

I my self Mr. Vijay Wagh, obtain a car loan form icici Bank with 60 pdc Cheques. Instl. Period: 01/05 To 01/04 but 59th cheque was bounce by PNB, in-spite of I have balance in my A/c. & Most amazing thing is that from my a/c, the Amt of bounce pdc Cheque was debited by bank, it shows clearly in my passbook & on other side PNB sent a memo to ICICI bank that "party has insufficient Balance."

All about this matter I spoke to bank Senior Manager Goregoan West branch Promil Jain Sequeira, but she didn't took interest by say that “the matter is pass 1& half yr & there is no guarantee of u r money, we will just try to solve the problem but we will not give u surety.

Now icici bank demanding me to pay bounce Cheque Amt with the interest that is round about Rupees 7 to 8 Thousand

I was totally harried by both banks. So please look in to the matter & justify me as early as possible. Other wise I will contact to Banking Ombudsman centers about this matter.
