I am a business person having good reputation and standing in market and with bankers. I wanted to borrow loan from my banker for buying a car, my loan application was rejected with the reason that cibil report is against me. I collected copy of the report. The report is against me, I wanted to know certain information from cibil and for the purpose sent e mail on 05 Nov 07 Nov 12 Nov 1 Dec 18 Dec 11 Jan 03 Feb requesting that your CIBIL Report is Damaging my creditworthiness and hence please disclose the name of Account Member and Account number which undisclosed in the report.
I personally visited cibil, Mumbai office submitted written request to the reception, Sent letters by registered post A/D but it is very unfortunate and surprising that the personals working for this organisation have not not taken cognizence, since last 4 months and did not informed me the name of financial institution, to whom I am defaulter, while I am asking to settle the accounts. This efficient act of cibil is Continuously damaging my Creditworthiness, giving me mental tension and financial loss. Hope with this COMPLAINT KUMBHKARN WILL WAKE UP and reply to my queries...
