CIR required for DD No.: 553860

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had enclosed a duly filled application for along with DD payable in Mumbai worth Rs 142 to get my CIR and posted along with Registered A.D from Bangalore on dated:17-Feb.

I am still waiting for my CIR to be delivered and didn't get any acknowledgement of delivery so far.
