Dear sir,
almost a year back I have lodged a complain in CIBIL towards various discrepancies in my CIBIL report. I made repeted reminder to them since then but without any solution for this problem. I am helpless and requesting your mediation to resolve the issue.
I would be ever thankful if I get a solution to this problem through you.
The complain letter what I send to CIBIL dept year ago is enclosed for your perusal and consideration.

As informed to you vide my earlier correspondences, mentioned above, that there is some serious discrepancies in my CIBIL report having control number mentioned in the subject line.
As you can see that I am corresponding with you for more than a month now but no development is evident from your end in this regard. I think you can understand that the matter is now deep concern for me as it is not only harming my financial reputation but my social reputation too.
Considering this I would like to request you to look into the matter very urgently and ratify the discrepancies in the above report at the earliest. However for your ready reference I am once again giving you the detail so that you can take quick action to eradicate the discrepancies in my above report.
In the middle of February I approached SBI for a Housing Loan, They denied they same because of my poor CIBIL rating. From the hard copy of the CIBIL report collected from the SBI Authority, I understand that there are lots of discrepancies in it. The matter immediately brought to your notice vide my above mentioned mails.
Understanding from your customer care service that to identify the name of member bank I need to apply for my CIBIL report through proper channel, I did the same and get my CIBIL report on 18.03.2010.
Based on the same I am giving below the list for which data are not matching with mine.

6 Account No XXXX2400 under CITI Bank=== This account does not belongs to me
7 Account No XXXX6806 under CITI Financial==This account does not belongs to me
8 Account No XXXX2010 under SCB====== This account does not belongs to me
9 Housing Loan account no XXXX1011 in Union Bank of India====This account does not belongs to me
10 Account No XXXX7288 under ICICI====This account does not belongs to me
11 Account No XXXX0183 under SBI Card===This account does not belongs to me
It is also observed that when first time I got the CIBIL report from SBI, my Voter card number was not mentioned there in the CIBIL report but when you have send me the report, you have included the same, as I have enclosed Xerox copy of my Voter ID card as a identity proof while requesting for CIBIL report from you.
So it appears that basic information for data base is under your control only not to your member bank. So my earnest request to you to correct the basic information of my data base, I believe other financial discrepancies will disappear automatically.
However I once again want to request you to look into the whole aspect Urgently and give solution at the earliest.
