WRONG INFO IN CIBIL

Hi sir this is PARASH NATH SINGH i have complaint regarding the functionality of the CIBIL AND ICIC BANK . I HAVE TAKEN A LOAN IN 2007 FORM ICIC AND ONE FROM STATE BANK IN 2009 BOT WERE CLEARED ON TIME. each installment was paid on time. and as per cibil it sows over due. and they even show in there report that there were 9 late payments .. which as per bank report is false . on the basic of all these wrong reports . they have scored me at 538. and when asked clarification from they ask to speak to bank . when spoken to deputy branch manager vikrampuri branch.. secunderabad he say speak to cibil.. and when called cibil again they are not sharing any info .and asked again to speak to bank. though the sbi has give in written that the amount was paid on time . but icic is not ready to that as well . the ppl in icici bank no matter he is in branch office of in custcare over the phone .. are not ready to take any responsibility and are . manner less and rude to the customers.. as per the branch dy manager vikram puri . secunderabad.. cibil is trusted as they provide info and keep track of the transactions for free even though itis wrong.

Is CIBIL authorised by RBI. Who checks the default before spoiling credit rating of an individual? Why should CIBIL not try to settle the issue or intimate the borrower and ask for borrowers clarification before spoiling his credit rating publically

Some one should take strict action and help close CIBIL or formulate some way to address consumers response to evaluate the sustainablity default reported by the banks/financial institutions.
