I came to know about you when I was going thru consumercomplaints.com.
My problem is related to CIBIL. 10 days before i have applied for home loan. During processing, bank verified my CIBIL report. My CIBIL report mentioned Rs.16000 due on my name. I enquired and came to know that this due is on ICICI credit card which is not related to me and issued on Apr but i got my PAN card on May. I talked to ICICI bank and came to know that my name and date of birth are same with that person to whome that card was issued. An that credit card was issued at Delhi location but i stay in from last 5 year Pune.
I raised a request to ICICI bank to resolve the problem. ICICI bank told me that it will take 2 days but after 2 days they said it will take 7 days. After 7 days they said after their investigation is over and report has been sent to CIBIL that my other details are not matching (except name and date of birth) and it will take 3 days more because CIBIL is going to clear you. But ICICI bank is not ready to send me clearance report according to their investigations
Here i am suffering due to bankCIBIL mistake. Now what should i do because Builder wants money and my loan lender (HDFC BANK) is going to increase after 31st JAN.
Shuls i file any case or should i send a notice to ICICI bank. I am going through mental tension.
Please guide me. Please mail me the resolution also.
