CIBIL RECORDS
Name in CIBIL

Sir,

During procedure of Car Loan it was told to me that your name has been endorsed in CIBIL records, on enquiring it was known to me that i had taken a personal loan from Bank and my outstanding which i had not paid is Rs 25000/-.

I want to clarify that neither i had taken any loan nor my name should be in the CIBIL records, my pan card no is also matching, whether i should file an FIR against this,
