Dear Executive

For the citibank credit card bearing the number 4550389481009002 holded by Sateesh Boganadham, in the interest to close the account after talking to customer care I made a payment of INR 10000 rupees through cheque on 1st April and authenticated to close the card. I was also confirmed the same as I remember.

Where as after this I was send lot of net remainders only on the payment dew as below till today. As the email Id to which these are being sent is not a frequent one, I happen to see them recently and I am writing this mail to contact the same.

The due date for payment on card ************9002 is 05-DEC-09. Total Due= Rs15154.35

I request to clarify me on any problem from my side in closing the card. I used the card with good faith and closed the same when I found it difficult to manage but what happened after closing the card leaves a poor impression on the bank.

Kindly help to get things resolved.

I raised the same with citibank and waiting for there response. Can you please guide from consumer perspective on what I should be doing now.
