I have been using CITI Bank credit card for almost one year with proper payment against the bills.
Suddenly on 19th Nov I got a letter from CITI bank saying I had requested for change of billing address and as per my request new bill address is updated in CITI bank system.
But I havent requested for any such billing address change. Immediately I called up the customer care and blocked the card for further use or any mis-use. Also I requested through CITI bank customer care that let me know the medium (Mail, telephonic, physical letter) I had requested for the change but CITI bank officials are still not able to provide me the reason how my billing address is changed.
I am following up with CITI bank for last six months since from Nov till date but no positive resolution is there. Also Once i vistited to CITI bank branch at New delhi at Mathura Road Nr TATA office but there CITI bank officer said I need to contact only through customer care.
I had written mail to Head Customer Care [email protected],
[email protected], [email protected]. Today on 25th May I got mail from grievance Manager from CITI bank that I have not co-operated in findings the reason how the address is updated and revert that I had to pay all amount in card including interest. When I called to customer care first time I had already informed to customer care agent that I will pay only the amount which I had used and not any penalty or interested on the card.
I request you all if any body can help me out on my case.
