Hello Sir/Madam

My self Vinod Bhagat. I want to complaint against the citibank customer services. i am using a citi bank credit card 5546 1968 5206 1015 which is exp in feb. when i called to customer care they told me that it will reach to u within 7 days. i am again called to customer care after 1 month she again told me that sir it will reaches to u within next 7 days after many repetition till date i am not getting my card. when called to head customer care there is a lady samya introduced me as head of depp. and told me that your called will be reaches to u within 48 hours. i called u personally till that there is no response from there side. when i accelerated that matter to NODAL OFFICE DELHI (MR. Rakesh Singh). he revert me that your problem will be solved within 4 days and if not then revert. i am wait for 7 days but problem is same every time cc executive tell me a new story. my card is exp in feb and till after 4 month am not get my replacement card.

When a customer is not able to pay the dues on time. Bank Charge him penalty and what about the bank if he is not giving there services to customer. why not charge any penalty to bank. When a bank not responding in issuing a card u can imagine how can he response if there is any matter of Money.
